Dax Gallery, a 4,500 square-foot progressive new art gallery, will present its second show, New Beginnings: A Spectrum of Collections, to the public on Saturday, January 11, 2014. The show will feature fine, urban street art including painting, mixed media, graffiti, and more. The show will be on view until February 8, 2014.
An array of renowned and underground artists will exhibit at the show including Amanda Lynn, Hanksy, Hueman, Kurtis Rykovich, Mear 1, Mimi Yoon, Sebastian Walker, CoCo Electra, Zofia, CANTSTOPGOODBOY, Benjamin Alejandro, Rene Alvarez Makela, Defer, Archain Nair, Lady Maggs, Sand One, Deb, Sharktoof, and Moran Victoria Sabbag.
“Our first gallery show succeeding in creating a new social environment in Orange County and a place where people can connect through urban street art,” said Alex Amador, owner, Dax Gallery. “Our new show will highlight the work of 20 select artists who have created progressive pieces with a bit of an edge.”
Dax Gallery’s inaugural show in November 2013 featured more than 80 pieces of art from over 30 artists. For the New Beginnings show, the gallery will have a fresh, modern white look for the New Year, representing new beginnings. The gallery plans to feature new shows approximately every six weeks.
